GENERAL

• All goods are manufactured as per order and customers’ requirements

• Confirmed Orders Are Subject to A 50% Cancellation Fee - applicable to lay buy customers. Applies under any circumstances or death

• NO RETURNS*, NO COME BACKS*, NO REFUNDS*, NO EXCHANGES* on goods supplied correctly.

• A 10% waver/admin fee will be charged for any product that is returned back to Sunbow to exchange for an upgrade of the product. Note there is no exchange for a refund.

• No discounts are given on specials. • No cancellation will be allowed on custom orders.

• Once delivery OR collection has taken place, no further claims will be entertained by Sunbow after seven (7) days.

• Sunbow reserves the right to change all prices due to unforeseen cost.

• Customer’s duty to check all items as per delivery note are correct with delivery team. Once sunbow delivery team leaves site, its customer duty to contact sunbow and arrange customers own transport to rectify any shortages, damages, etc on products delivered.

• Customer’s Duty to Check all products That’s Purchased before Leaving Sunbow Premises as There Is No Returns or Exchanges no further claims will be entertained by Sunbow.

• If deposit is made it’s considered as a confirmed order an all terms and conditions apply. Customer’s signature is only required on delivery or collection of order.

• 1 year workmanship guarantee on all tents purchased. This only covers the workmanship quality of the product and not any damages caused by the customer or other circumstances and negligence.

• Delivery of goods will only be executed upon full payment being received and such payments being cleared to our bank account before being dispatched

• Sunbow will not erect the tent upon delivery orders. Should the customer require a demonstration, a fee will be charged, or free demonstration will be done at sunbow premises only. Delivery orders are solely for delivery only “offload goods, check goods with customer, leave”

FRAME TENTS

• All frame tents sold are ungalvanized unless stated standard galvanising or hot dip.

• Clear pvc frame tents are prone to opening up on the pvc welds which will be rewelded at no additional cost. Customer is liable to bring the tent to head office.

• Clear pvc frame tents must never be stored wet or damp. Algae and discolouration will occur.

• All blockout 800gsm tents will consist of a blockout roof only and non blockout sidewalls.

• Clear PVC only available in 700gsm and 520gsm directly from suppliers. All frame tent clear roofs are manufactured in 700gsm and 520gsm clear walls as a standard procedure unless stated otherwise on client’s invoice or quote. By accepting your quote and proceeding with your order you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions stated above

JUMPING CASTLES

• Jumping castle sold as a brand-new product tested before dispatch or collection.

• All jumping castles are sold as is with no guarantee or warranty. • Sunbow does not do any repair to the jumping castles whatsoever.

• All jumping castles sold with a free repair kit.

• Customers duty to test and check the jumping castles before collection is done.

• Minimum manufacturing period of a jumping castle is 7 working days, should the manufacturing period exceed sunbow is not held responsible for the delays.

• Colours of the jumping castle differ from the picture of the advertised jumping castle on the catalogue.

• Jumping castles are sold with no ground sheet and customers are advised to use a ground sheet to reduce wear underneath of the jumping castles.

TRANSPORTATION

• Courier delivery is a third-party company should there be any delays in delivery Sunbow will not be held responsible. LAYBUY

• All laybuy sales are for 3 months ONLY. Once the customer exceeds the laybuy period he/she will be charged interest of 5% additional per month.

• All laybuy orders once confirmed and first deposit paid the order cannot be changed or swopped for another product.

INSTALLATION

• For all installation jobs, any damages that may occur to the customers property or assets may not be the responsibility of Sunbow.

• An installation fee will be charged should the customer require an installation and once installed and job is complete, should the customer require a Sunbow team back to their site an additional call out fee will be charged which must be paid before coming out.

COLDROOMS / TRAILERS / VIPS

• Coldroom and all trailers sold as is*. No returns*. No refunds* • Collection date/lead time confirmed on all products, 3 WEEKS. should there be a delay caused by unforeseen circumstances Sunbow will notify the customer and not be held responsible.

• Optional extras are spare wheel, meat hooks, extra rail, or branding. • The unit comes standard with one meat rail AND 2 Meat hooks.

• There is no guarantee on any gas leaks that the customer encounters after dispatch, as this is a mobile unit

• Customer is advised to reduce speed on gravel roads and over speed humps.

• Customer has been advised not to use with generator.

• Customer is advised to wait 45 minutes after being mobile before switching on.

• Coldroom are sold as ungalvanized and and is optional extra to galvanise.

• Trailer toilets must be tested before dispatch by the client and salesman as there is no claims or blockage, electrical, leaks or other issues that will be entertained.

• Solar system carries no warranty as its being mobile and defeats the properties of solar systems being mounted permanent, electrical issues may occur due to transporting.

LIMITATION OF CLAIMS

• The Manufacturer, Sunbow will not be liable for any claims, damages, defects, or faults in goods that have been collected or delivered more than seven days (7) prior to the date of the claim. • Any defects, damages, or issues must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of collection or delivery. Failure to do so will result in the goods being deemed accepted in good condition.

• The Manufacturer Sunbow is not responsible for wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, modifications, or incorrect storage of goods after collection or delivery.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND PUBLIC STATEMENTS

• Customers shall not publish, post, or share any defamatory, false, misleading, or damaging content regarding the Manufacturer or its products on social media, online platforms, or any public forum.

• In the event of dissatisfaction, customers are encouraged to first engage with the Manufacturer to resolve concerns before making public statements.

• The Manufacturer reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity making false, defamatory, or harmful statements that could damage its reputation or business interests.

• If a customer is found to have published false or misleading information, the Manufacturer may seek damages and/or require a public retraction.

GENERAL LIABILITY

• The Manufacturer’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective goods

• The Manufacturer is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, business interruptions, or reputational harm.

• The total liability of the Manufacturer, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased. JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa

By purchasing and accepting goods from the Sunbow tents Manufacture, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions
